"The Overture," Vol. 6, No. 19 (15 January 1926), published by M.M.P.A., Local 47, of the American Federation of Musicians, Los Angeles. The publication contains articles pertaining to local musicians, including minutes of board meetings and general meetings, a new chapter on the year 1892 in the serial "History of the Band and Orchestra Business in Los Angeles," news called "Pit Patter" reporting on activities at local theaters, and others.
