The work is essentially a sales pitch for a pooled investor fund by a Los Angeles-based financial services company and describes the myriad ways that this type of combined fund helps investors. Aside from some very light soiling and edge rubbing on the boards, while pages are quite clean, there is little wear or damage and the condition is good.
