"The Radford American Homes: 100 House Plans," issued by the Radford Architectural Company, 1903. The 255-page artifact has a green hardcover with red fabric along the spine and corners. The title is at the center of the front and on the spine, all in gold. At the beginning of the inside are a title page and an article on costs, product quality, and prices. Homes listed include an illustration of the building's exterior, a floor plan, and a description. At the end are an index, tables of weights and measures, and information on construction materials. With abrasions on the spine and corners; dented corners; some fading of the gold lettering; soiling; light stains on the cover; some tearing of the cover fabric; and a musty smell, the object is in fair condition.Lexicon
