"The Revenue Laws of the State of California," compiled by the State Board of Equalization (Sacramento: State Office, A. J. Johnston, Supt. State Printing,) 1891. The laws, including those under the penal as well as civil codes, are indexed at the front. There is also an abstract of material relative to revenue from the state constitution and, at the end, the rules and regulation of the Board of Equalization as adopted in March 1881. A list of board members is at the front. With some soiling and rubbing to the cloth boards and clean pages, the overall condition is good.
