"The Ring," July 1929 issue. The item, with the front cover in an orange background, has the title, in blue letters, along with the date and price at the top, an image of boxer Eddie Martin below within a circular design and Martin's name at the bottom left and other feature articles at the bottom right. Among the 38 pages are items on boxers, technique in the sport, history of the sport, fictional items, editorials, news from several major boxing cities and locales, and a question-and-answer column. There are many photographs as illustrations and many advertisements. With spine rubbing, creases on the cover, dents at the top right corner, cover soiling, light fading of the cover color, the first page missing, light stains, mainly on the back cover from fingerprints, staple tarnish, and small tears at the spine and to the paper at the front bottom right, the overall condition is good.Lexicon
