"The Road Laws of California...as Amended in 1889." San Francisco: Bancroft-Whitney Co., 1889. The pocket sized hard bound book include provisions of the Constitution, political code, civil code, code of civil prodedure and penal code with details on rules for highways, toll roads, toll bridges, ferries, wharves, piers and licences. The book is covered in blue with gold lettering. The text is in good condition, but the spine has cracked and cloth covering it is detached at the front edge.
