Description
"The W. K. Kellogg Arabian Horse Ranch, Pomona, California," 1929. The item has an essay, accompanied by photos of the property, describing the ranch, purchased in 1925 and partially on Rancho La Puente land once owned by William Workman, by the Michigan cereal magnate and also includes a map showing how to get to the ranch, which was opened to the public. The site is now California Polytechnic University, Pomona and the ranch house and a few other elements of the ranch are extant. With minor soiling and rubbing, the condition is good.
