Description
A photograph of Theresa B. Rowland de Duarte (1890-1942), ca. 1910. Rowland was the daughter of Samuel Prudencio Rowland (1866-1916) and Margarita Antonia Temple (1866-1953). Theresa sits at the center wearing a high collar, light collared cotton dress with three quarter sleeves and a ruffled chest. The photographer's name and location has an embossed stamp at the bottom right. The image has been mounted onto a shiny, textured, black mount and framed. A pencil inscription on the reverse: Mrs. M.A. Duarte. Refers to Theresa as wife of Manuel A. Duarte. With minor discoloration, the object is in good condition.
