The work is a series of highly stylized mediations on the future human use of the chain of mountains that run east to west from Los Angeles toward Ventura County and also features a foreword and a poem by the author. With some foxing on pages and edge rubbing and bumping, stains, soiling, and wear to the boards, the condition is fair.
