Color: Black; White
A black and white photograph of Thomas Temple at the front of the Brittle St. Inn, ca. 1920s. Temple stands at the right of the center on a sidewalk. Behind him is a small lawn area at the center of which is a small pine tree, and to the right is a wood fence. At the center of the background is the three-story inn which has clapboard walls. Six sash windows, two on each floor, are on the building's side wall which is at the right. The first window from the left on the second floor has wood shutters. The front wall at the far left has a porch and two windows on the first floor, three windows with shutters on the second, and four windows on the last. At the front of the structure is a lawn with a small tree. Stamped at the top and bottom of the back is the word, "VELOX." The photograph was housed in Agnes Temple's album which is item 96.7.94.1 along with many other photographs which span 96.7.1.1-.93.1.
