Color: Black and white
A black and white photographic negative of Edgar Allan Temple at the Vigare Adobe, San Gabriel, circa summer 1931. Edgar is standing at a porch with one leg on the porch and he is leaning on one elbow on that leg. He wears a shirt, trousers, suspenders, and shoes and appears to have a cigarette in one hand. Part of the column of the porch, the wood siding of the house and a very small portion of the porch is seen around him. The Vigare Adobe, where Thomas lived from 1930 to 1938, was owned by his aunt Luz Vigare. This image came in accession 97.58.12.3 with images .4 and .6-.15. The negative is in good condition with no indication of damage.
