THOMAS W. TEMPLE II BY BUILDING AT MISSION SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
Color: Black; White
A photograph of Thomas W. Temple II standing in front of a dilapidated adobe building, presumably at Mission San Juan Capistrano, ca. 1926. Wearing a light colored suit and tie, and appearing to have a dark beret on his head, Temple holds a camera in his hands. Behind him is the end of a large structure with a two-gabled roof and a portico containing an arched end and three visible columns, one of which is covered in vines. There are some plantings in the foreground, as well as dirt paths, on one of which Temple stands. On the upper left corner of the back is the stamped number "700." Below this, in ink, is written "#12." With light discoloration, surface soiling, and dented corners, the overall condition is good.
