A black and white photograph of Thomas W. Temple II on horseback, ca. 1928. The location is unknown. but it is a heavily wooded area with a few pine or fir trees at left and some taller trees crowded in the background. Thomas and the horse are turned to the side and paused on a dirt path or trail. The horse is a dark-colored animal and Thomas is seated in the saddler holding the reins in his hands. He wears a suit, dark-colored hat, and dark-colored shoes or boots. There are no other identifying features, however. On the reverse is the number "5" penciled at the center. With some minor stains and foxing on the reverse and some small stains on the obverse lower edge, the artifact is in good condition.
