A clipping from T. P.'s Weekly, 23 February 1929, of an article "Training of a Novelist" by Thornton Wilder. Thge article details Wilder's life and education and how he developed into a writer. There is a cartoon drawing of the author, as well. Further of note, on the reverse are two articles. One is a biographical sketch of new President Herbert Hoover, with a photo of the President and a dog. The other is how to build a library. The item was found tipped in next to page 143 of a copy of Wilder's novel, "The Bridge of San Luis Rey," which is item 1.1 in this accession. With a few small creases, a small tear at the bottom right edge, quarter folds, and paper discoloration, the object is otherwise in good condition.Lexicon
