Description
A snapshot photograph of three persons and a truck in front of a Standard Oil Company of California filling station, Los Angeles, 1927. The woman and two men are between the trick and the station, which has an office area with large glass windows. A sign below one window section reads "Grand and Eighth" which is undoubtedly the location of the station. At the distance to the left is a commercial building and, behind it, a church steeple. The date is discerned from the license plate on the truck. With a tiny portion of the upper right corner missing, some creases, and light soiling, the overall condition is good.
