A snapshot of three persons on a beach picnic near Los Angeles, F. Morrison Boyd, 1925. The man and two women, wearing suits and dresses, are on the sand enjoying food with a white dog. In the background is a two-story house and some other structures are further in the distance. A few cars are also parked nearby. A pencil inscription on the reverse reads, "A day on a Los Angeles / Beach." Boyd, the road scout for the American Automobile Association, was on a 37,000-mile road trip of the U. S., Mexico and Canada. With some soiling and browning, the overall condition is good.
