Description

Color: Black; White A black and white photograph of the tiled niche in the La Casa Nueva dining room, ca. 1930s. The niche, at center, has the Pedro Sanchez panel in the upper location, with a potted plant and four flowers on vines with an elaborate border of half-circles. The bottom part of the niche has a bell on a stand, perhaps a dinner bell, which obscures the tile around and behind it. A corner of a rug is discernible at lower left, but no other notable features are contained in the image. On the reverse lower left is the stamped number "42." With dented corners and some very light discoloration, the artifact is otherwise in good condition. Number-Units: 1
