A ceramic tile with painting of religious figures, ca. 1920s. The tile was painted and glazed. It is white in color with blue line trim surrounding its borders. At the center is an image of possibly the Madonna and baby Jesus with three cherub angel faces near the bottom. The Madonna is dressed in a yellow, floral gown and wears a crown featuring a dove of peace with a halo. Also, she is shown holding what appears to be a rose. The baby Jesus wears a gold crown and white gown. Toward the far right bottom area near the edge is the artisan's name, Pedro Sanchez. Sanchez created three tile panels installed in La Casa Nueva. It is in good condition despite the indentations at the top and a crack on the back of the tile.
