"Time," 2 April 1928 issue. The cover has a red borner with the price of fifteen cents and the issue date at the top corners. Below this within a bordered box and three thinner lines is the periodical title. At the center, flanked by vertical fleur-de-lis designs is an image of A. P. Gianinni, founder of the Bank of Italy, later renamed the Bank of America. His name, along with the volume (11) and number (14) is at the bottom. Under this in the red border are the addresses of the publication, circulation, and editorial and advertising offices in Chicago, Cleveland, and New York, respectively. Contents include national affairs; foreign news; noteworthy people; science; art; religion; aeronautics; medicine; business and finance; sports; cinema; the theatre; music; and books, among others. There are many advertisements and black-and-white photographs as illustrations. With cover creases, corner dents, light soiling, some stains, a small tear on the top right of the front, and some page discoloration, the item, which has an ink-stamped address label on the back, is in fair condition.Lexicon
