A catalog for metal roofing and metal Spanish tile, issued by the Milwaukee Corrugating Company, ca. 1915. The 48-page pamphlet has an orange cover with the name of the brand "Titelock" at the top. Below are images in black borders of a red brick two-story house with a green roof and a room interior (the latter with the brand name "Invisible Joint" denoting the ceiling. The company name and place of business is at the bottom. The back cover is also orange and has a black oval bordered image of the company factory. On the inside front cover and flysheet are more images of the plant, along with images of company trucks hauling supplies and a description of the factory and transportation. Following is an advertisement for "Milcor" brand sheet metal issued by the company and a "Personal Word to Architects" by the company president. Information on Titelock metal shingles and Spanish tile, with customer letters and photographs with coloring for the roofs follows. There is also a page attesting to the value of metal roofs as lightning conductors. Page nine discusses application of metal roofing and the next page has photographs of shingle pressing machines. Product listings include shingles; slates; trimmings, such as flashing, coping, valleys, and finials; "Spanish tiles" and their trimmings; metal lath; corner beads; ceilings and side walls; terne plates; and ventilators. Prices are on page 48, but the word "Cancelled" is ink stamped on it. There are many photos and drawings of buildings with the company's products and a map of the United States at the back. With stains and surface soiling on the covers and pages and cover creases, the object is in fair condition.
