Description

Color: Black; White A black and white head photograph of Tom Mix, ca. 1920s. His torso faces to the right but his head is turned to face the camera. Heavy make-up covers his face, eyebrows, eyes, and lips while his hair is parted on the right and brushed back to the left. Around his neck, and tied on the left, is a bandanna with white flower patterns; he also wears a light button shirt with long sleeves. Near the bottom right in cursive is his signature reading, "Tom Mix." A real-life cowboy turned-movie star, Mix directed, produced, wrote, and starred in over 300 films during his 25-year career. With no signs of wear, the image is in good condition. Number-Units: 1
