"Town Talk" by Elmer Olson, published by W. A. Quincke and Company, Los Angeles, 1918. The item, subtitled as "A Classic in Ragtime" has the score in a tempo identified as "not too fast" and was published by a song shop in Minnesota before the copyright was assigned to the publisher. In the lower right of the front cover is a photograph of Hirschel Hendler called "The Poet of the Piano" as a performer on the Orpheum theater circuit. The back cover has a list of vocal and instrumental pieces offered by the publisher with prices and contact information. With some light browning, light soiling and edge rubbing, the condition is good.
