Description

A blueprint style tract map for a neighborhood in Buffalo, New York, ca. 1907. The map shows streets, lots, a typical elevation of a house and a separate vicinity map. The map belonged to Sidney H. Woodruff, who was a practicing architect in Buffalo before moving to Los Angeles and becoming a major developer in the 1920s. With much edge wear, edge tears, creases, folds, wrinkling, and some tears, the condition is fair.
