A sheet from a phone message pad from Tracy E. Shoults Company, dated September 1920. The sheet was affixed with a pin to a tract map, "Larchmont Heights," published by Frank Meline Company, 1920s. The preprinted item is blank, except for the date, a number written in pencil on the lower part of the front, and, on the reverse, a pencil inscription listing three lot numbers and a single price for each lot, corresponding to the map, which is item .21 of the accession. Aside from the pin hole, there is little wear and the item is in good condition.Lexicon
