"Transcript on Appeal," M.J. O'Connor vs. Daniel Hazard, et al., Case 7965, Supreme Court of the State of California, 1881. The printed item contains forty-five pages of the trial history concerning an 1876 pre-emption of land on the Rancho Sausal Redondo, by seven defendants, claimed by O'Connor as his rightful property. This material concerns the continuation of the case by one defendant, J.M. Trusler, as prepared by attorneys Will D. Gould and James H. Blanchard. Aside from some browning and soiling, the condition is good.
