The printed item contains the points and authorities prepared by Smith as his own attorney concerning an incomplete appeal bond, supposed to have been done by Ling as a Justice of the Peace in a case in which Smith was a plaintiff. The Superior Court ruled for the defendant. Aside from some browning and soiling, the condition is good.
