Description
"Tried and Tested Recipes with Eastside Pure Malt Syrup," Los Angeles Brewing Company, 1928. The item, made by the company that made Zobelein's East Side beer, was a Prohibition-era peoduct for use of malt syrup in baking. Included is an essay "To the American Housewife", recipes, and some images. With some soiling and edge wear, the item is in good condition.
