Color: Black; White
A real photo postcard, titled "Twin Palms, San Gabriel, Cal.," ca. 1910 by M. Rieder, Los Angeles. The image shows two aged plam trees standing next to a road and in front of what appears to be an older residence with a sharply peaked roof. A man astride a white horse is on a dirt path in front of the palm trees. Small trees, a few medium-sized trees, and many flowers, bushes, and shrubs are around the home. At the bottom center of the image, within a black banner, is the title, and there is a number "7087" in a black box at the bottom left. The bottom left corner of the card has the name and location of the publisher. The postally unused card has the name "POST CARD" at the top of the reverse and a statement "THIS SIDE FOR THE ADDRESS ONLY" is at the bottom left. With light corner rubbing; acid burns on the back; slight yellowing; and stains on the front and back, the overall condition is good.Lexicon
