Description
A cabinet card photograp of two conductors with a trolley car, Los Angeles Railway Trolley, Pico and Wilton streets, Los Angeles, 1906. There is an empty, stopped cable car at the end of the line. Two men in conductor uniforms stand outside at the front end. One man is identified on the reverse in pencil, as W. W. Taylor. Photograph is faded and yellowing. The photograph and mounted support are in poor condition, water damage evident through tide marks, inactive mold, peeling photo and warping of the board support. Photograph has minor loss at top right, tear to mount and loss around corners, general surface soiling and weakening of support.
