The home on the right is missing its roof, while others are left standing at the background. The reverse side gives the description of "Arroyo Seco flood - 1912-13 / Highland Park - / (about Ave. 43) / Los Angeles, L.A. CA. Cal. / Photo by C.F. Lummis / Lummis CA - 1945." There is mirroring, discoloration on reverse side, toward the left, and foxing toward the top, so the object is in good condition overall.
