Description
TWO MEN ON A TENNIS COURT, SANTA CLARA UNIVERSITY, CA. 1926
Color: Black; White
A negative of two men, presumably classmates of Thomas Temple, on a tennis court at Santa Clara University, ca. 1926. Both wear sleeveless shirts and light colored trousers. The one at left holds a racket over his head as if to hit a ball, while the other, at right, holds his racket down at his legs. Behind the court is a three story Spanish-style building at center and right and a one-story building at left. Aside from non-intrusive darkening on one edge, there is no notable signs of wear or damage and the artifact is in good condition.
