Color: Black; White A black and white photograph of two unknown women on a ship, ca. 1920s. The women stand at the center behind the iron deck rail. The woman at the left wears a hat, dark-colored coat which has fur along the collar and wrists, and a dress. She waves with her right hand and has the left arm behind the woman at the right. This woman wears a hat, light-colored coat, and a dress. A flower lay hangs from the left shoulder and she has her right arm around the latter woman's neck. Both look and smile at the camera. At the left is a dark corridor in which stands a crewman. To the right is another crewman with his back to the camera and six passengers against the ship's rail. One of them waves with her right arm straight up in the air. At the right of the top is the bottom of another deck. At the center of the back is a stamp that reads, "ANDERSON / Photo Service / EL MONTE." At the bottom right is the number, "31."
