"Typical Los Angeles Residence, showing abundance of shrubbery," 1920s. The view, taken from a street, shows a long driveway, flanked by statues of lions, pine trees, manicured shrubs, and lawns, leading to a Tudor Revival style house, which is largely obscured, except for the upper portion by the pine trees in front of it. On the reverse is a pencil inscription, which is the title of the image and a stamp from the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce. With slight curving of the paper and minor soiling, the overall condition is good.Lexicon
