The image is at some distance and shows at least two ships with some smaller craft, including a rowboat at the left foreground, all in open water with no discernible view of land. On the reverse is a pencil inscription reading: "U. S. / Warships Los Angeles Harbor / Jun 30 1924." The same is in ink at the left of the bottom margin. With significant curvature of the paper, some soiling, mounting corner residue at the top right corner, paper adhered to the lower left corner area, and a few creases, the condition is good overall.
