Description

Color: Black; White A black and white photograph of an unidentified woman lounging in a chair, ca. 1930s. The woman is sitting languidly with her legs crossed and left foot resting on the end of the seat with her right arm resting on her bosom and her left hand raised and holding part of her necklace in her fingers. She looks away from the camera and wears a floral print dress and dark shoes with straps. The chair is upholstered and patterned and has a large seat. While the space is a house interior, little can be made out, other than part of the baseboards and a mirrored door in the background right. On the reverse, upper right of center, is the stamped number "174." There are two very small tears on the right edge and very light discoloration on the back, so the artifact is in good condition. Number-Units: 1
