Description
PHOTOGRAPH, UNION OIL COMPANY TANKER "LOS ANGELES" AT SEA, VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, 5 July 1925. The image shows the ship in the water, with mainly forested hills and mountains behind it, though, at the right, there is a hint of structures or a bridge. At the bottom left is the number "367" in white from the original negative. An ink inscription on the reverse reads "Union Oil Co. Tanker 'Los Angeles' / Vancouver BC Sun. July 5, 1925." Below that in pencil is "neg 1187." A yellow sticker reads "80 US48 Los Angeles." There is a white material near the top center and some dogeared corners and light soiling, but the condition is good.
