UNIVERISTY OF SANTA CLARA JUNIOR CERTIFICATE DIPLOMA CASE, 1924
Color: Black; Gold
A case that housed the diploma certifying Thomas W. Temple II's completion of the junior certificae from the University of Santa Clara, 29 May 1924. The artifact has a soft black leather finish with the school name, and "Junior Certificate" in script letters at the center of the front cover. The inside is a cream-colored silk-like lining with a flap at the bottom 1 3/8" high to hold the diploma in place. With loose threads, stains, fraying and creases on the lining, and abrasions, dented corners and surface soiling on the cover, the overall condition is good.
