The view from Brown Brothers shows the structure, built from 1920-1922, at the southwest corner of Hope and 6th streets, from across the former, and taking in the front and south elevations, with the seven-story main block at the north end and a two-story parking garage at the south. Portions of commercial buildings to the east are in the distance and a pencil inscription is on the reverse. With a major corner crease, slight warping and light soiling, the overall condition is good.
