Description

Color: White, black An unused envelope with Walter P. Temple's letterhead, ca. 1923. The plain white envelope has the words, printed in black ink, "WALTER P. TEMPLE/ EL MONTE, CALIFORNIA" at the top left corner. There are no other identifying features. The estimate is based upon the completion of the Temple Building on Main Street (now Valley Mall) in El Monte, where Temple had a business office. With many creases; stains from the adhesive on the reverse; and discoloration, the envelope is in fair condition.
