VERNON'S PHARMACY BUILDING, TEMPLE CITY, FEBRUARY 1997
A black and white photograph of the Vernon's Pharmacy building, Temple City, February 1997. The building is at the center left, located at the northwest corner of Las Tunas Drive (seen running horizontally) and Temple City Blvd. (running vertically). There is a large roof sign just behind the street signal at center left, a smaller roof sign at center right, and a neon sign running along the canopy. The entrance is at the corner. This structure, as well as the smaller unit along Temple City Blvd. at center right, were built by the Temple Townsite Company, developer of Temple City (then the Town of Temple), in 1924 (see photo 93.10.13). The photo is in mint condition. None
