Description
WALL AND FLOOR IN A LA CASA NUEVA ROOM, POSSIBLY THE KITCHEN
Color: Brown; White; Yellow
A color polaroid photograph of a room in La Casa Nueva, possibly the kitchen, ca. 1977. The image shows some sort of linoleum-like floor covering that extends several inches up the lower part of a wall, something like a baseboard. Above this is part of a plastered wall, but the top of the photograph shows exposed framing, consisting of wood studs and a backing that may be lath. There are no other identifying features, however, and it cannot be stated with certainty what room this is. In good condition, the artifact shows little evidence of wear or damage.
