A black and white reproduction photograph of the Walter and Laura Temple family by George Steckel, 10 October 1919. The portrait photograph shows the family posed against a plain gray background on a bare floor. Walter Temple is at the back wearing a light-colored suit, striped vest, white shirt, and striped tie. He has his arm around his wife, Laura, who wears a dark-colored dress with white lace front and white heeled shoes. The three sons wear identical military school uniforms of gray color with black detailing, including embroidery on their jackets. Agnes Temple has a white colored calf-length dress and a large white bow in her hair. The image is one of several from the photo session. On the reverse top left in black ink by a former museum curator is the inscription "Walter P. Temple and family / source - Workman and Temple Homestead / (gift of Gabriella [sic] Temple Sutter.)" In good condition, the artifact shows little sign of wear or damage.
