Description

Color: Black; White A black and white photograph and duplicate of Laura and Walter Temple on a cruise ship to Mexico, July 1922. Walter Temple is seated on a wood rattan deck chair, wearing a light-colored summer suit and tie, white socks, and two-tone shoes and holds a black-banded Panama hat in his left hand. Laura Temple stands to the right at the back of the chair, wearing a gingham-like check-patterned dress with a broad collar, thin gauze-like scarf, two-tone black and white shoes, and holds a large straw hat in her left hand. Although a close-up view, part of the wooden deck; the metal rails; and some of the rigging are visible around the couple. This image was taken on the Temple family's vacation to Mexico in the summer of 1922. Aside from some minor creases, the image is in good condition, with little sign of wear or damage.
