Description
WALTER P. TEMPLE FUNERAL: BURIAL SITE AFTER GRAVESIDE SERVICE
Color: Black; White
A photograph of the funeral of Walter P. Temple showing the burial site, presumably just after the end of the graveside service at Mission San Gabriel Cemetery, November 1938. In the foreground is a large pile of dirt from the grave space with flowers on the dirt and strewn on the grass. It also appears there is a large floral display at the right next to a statue. A workman is at the right preparing for filling the grave with dirt. Mourners stand over the gravesite and others are at a distance to the left. Large trees are in the background. On the left side of the reverse is the stamped number "268." With some light discoloration and some paper bowing, the overall condition is good.
