Description

WALTER P. TEMPLE, JR. HOME, TEMPLE CITY, FEBRUARY 1997 A black and white photograph of the Walter P. Temple, Jr. home in Temple City, February 1997. The Spanish colonial revival style residence is one-story with a tiled, gabled roof, arched entryways, a patio with wooden cover and large grass lawn with three trees visible in the yard. Small bushes, shrubs, and plants are seen immediately around the house and there is a large square window at the left. The home, at the corner of Camellia (then Temple Street) and Workman streets, was one of the four corner lots given by Walter P. Temple, Sr. to his four children. Only Walter Jr. and his wife, Nellie, built a home, though they decided to remain in Puente and sold the house. The photo is in mint condition. None Number-Units: 1
