A financial statement, titled a "LAND ACCOUNT," of Walter P. Temple, dated 1 April 1915. The object is on legal paper with four staples at the top. Items are organized by sales, cost of land, credits of Temple, debits and drafts, a statement of credits and debits, and another list of drafts, dated to 24 March 1916, and a total balance due to Milton Kauffman, who appears to have prepared this statement and to have served as Temple's accountant. On the back of the third to the last page, within a circle, is a pencilled inscription giving the date of 1 April 1915. With some acid burns, horizontal quarter folds, creases, edge tears, foxing, and rust stains from the staples, the overall condition is good.Lexicon
