WALTER P. TEMPLE MEMORIAL MAUSOLEUM LOOKING WEST
Color: Black; White
A black and white reproduction photograph of the Walter P. Temple Memorial mausoleum from the east, ca. 1920s, taken in 1995. At the center of the main section's wall is a stained-glass window. The window has a figure within an oval at the center flanked by two more figures, although none of these are clearly discernible. The center core is flanked by wings the tops of which are flat. A low hedge and concrete walkway border the mausoleum. At the left of the foreground are two palm trees and at the right are bushes, small trees, and the top of another palm tree. Written in blue pencil at the top right corner of the back is, "Ralph / Carol Temple Collection / May 1995 / Mausoleum looking west." Contact sheets for the image are items .35-37 with the negatives being items .2.1-.17. The artifact has no visible signs of damage or wear and is therefore in good condition.
