Includes an article on railroad progress, foreign and local news, an article detailing a death resulting from a hot air balloon accident. It also includes telegraph notices, one for a baby competition in San Francisco, marriages, deaths and births. Also includes advertisements for medicinal tonics, teas and oils. The newspaper is in good condition, with minor tears.
