Description

WEST ELEVATION OF WALTER P. TEMPLE MEMORIAL MAUSOLEUM Color: Black; White A negative of the west elevation of the Walter P. Temple Memorial Mausoleum, ca. 1921. The view is from the sidewalk leading to the structure from the cemetery entrance. The entire facade and landscaping at its base are clearly noted. The sidewalk leads into two others that wrap around the building and extend behind it. Next to the walks are either piles of dirt or plant material, suggesting some landscaping work was still being done. In the background, at left and right, are grass areas, with palm trees planted in them, and sections of pipe fencing installed by the Temples. Items 50.116-117 and 119-122 are very similar to this one. Aside from darkened top and bottom edges, which don't affect the image, there are no visible signs of wear or damage and the condition is good. Number-Units: 1
