Description
WEST WINDOW DETAIL OF THE LATIN LETTERS "IHS", THOMAS' BEDROOM
Color: Black; White
A black and white photograph of a detail in the west window showing the Latin initials for Jesus Christ, Thomas' bedroom, La Casa Nueva, ca. 1980. The letters are in a Germanic script in yellow with black borders over a yellow field. This, in turn, is bordered by leading in a star shape. Around the shield is more leading in vertical and horizontal lines, creating square patterns around it. Though fuzzily seen, part of the Mission Walkway and some of the west lawn landscaping is visible. With little indication of wear or damage, the artifact is in good condition.
